Hi there.  Sorry if you\u2019re missing the usually hilarious Friday posting.  Yesterday the poor web manager had seven teeth extracted and as I\u2019m his mum this was traumatic all round.  In the middle of proceedings as I paced and he groaned on the other side of the door there was a sudden panic and absolutely everyone \u2013 receptionists, spare dentists, cleaners, everyone went rushing into the surgery.  After a tense few minutes information came through that the dental nurse had accidentally plunged a scalpel into her thumb, as she missed her footing and slipped.  She was carted off to hospital and the web manager, who\u2019d been coming round and joining in, was sedated again and the job finished.  He was then delivered to his girlfriend\u2019s to recover.<\/font><\/p>\n

There is always someone else worse off than you.  I could probably give you a list of addresses.  Temporarily the fun is suspended while we all recover.  If you were looking for something to give your Friday a lift, be glad it wasn\u2019t you, either of them.  If you\u2019ve got a lot of teeth and none of them are hurting at all right now this minute, rejoice.  If your teeth are bothering you, solidarity brother.  If something worse is wrong with you, you have our sympathy and love.  If reading this you have nothing wrong with your body or mind at all then you have riches beyond count and every possibility in the world.<\/font><\/p>\n

When lying in the gutter it is important to keep looking at the stars, when dancing on the roof ridge it is advisable to keep an eye on the ground, if you\u2019re sitting comfy in the lounge, get up and take a cup of tea to the guttersnipes now and then.  <\/font><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
