Just a quick posting before tomorrow\u2019s Midweek Miniatura, which will put you out of your misery if you are still wondering about last week\u2019s mystery object.  Just to remind you, here it is:\"P1010008\"<\/a> <\/font><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

It\u2019s ceramic, rough on the outside, glazed on the inside, has a removable bung and would have been found in a kitchen. This perfect, exact replica, miniature was made by potter Terry Curran, who taught himself turning on a lathe in order to make the  lovely wooden bung.  This virtuoso 24th scale piece is 1cm in diameter.  Amazing.  I\u2019ll tell you what it is tomorrow.<\/font><\/p>\n
